Youth Services Program

About Our Program

The Youth Services Program at OHC is specifically tailored to address, assist and treat the behavioral, mental and substance challenges within the youth population. Through our therapy, peer pairing, education groups, community engagement and counseling, we create the foundation for the youth to become the best versions of themselves and accomplish their goals.

Weekly Groups

Weekly group sessions offering a regular chance for participants to connect.

Our youth, Peers and counselors meet every Tuesday and Thursday for group sessions where they are challenged to think outside of the box to discuss relevant topics, learn about substance prevention, set new goals and explore new ways to navigate life as teens and  young adults.

Engaging and Immersive Activities

Six flags, museums, skating, studio sessions, cooking classes, haunted houses, swimming, painting and much more.

Scholarship Fund

OHC provides up to four $500 scholarship awards each year to assist with further education including community college, trade schools and universities. Youth who are interested in further education can work with their peers to complete an application and start the process to earn this amazing financial reward.

Peer Support

When a youth is enrolled in our Substance education and prevention program, they are paired with a Certified Peer who works with them in the community to meet goals and build supportive relationships.

  • In person and virtual group sessions are facilitated by our counselors where a variety of relatable topics are discussed, guest speakers join and support is shared.

  • When a youth is enrolled in our Substance Use Disorder program, they are paired with a Certified Peer who works with them in the community to meet goals and build supportive relationships.

  • The youth are provided with educational tools and resources for substance abstinence, management and prevention. There are sessions with guest speakers, presentations and videos utilized in conjunction with the expertise of the counselors/advisors.

  • We love to take our youth groups out of their local communities and immerse them in fun places such as water parks, bowling, movie nights, fairs, Top Golf, sporting events and much more!!
